Parent Conduct & Engagement
Safety and Emergencies
- Serious Injuries: In case of a serious injury, coaches are advised to call an ambulance beyond basic first aid treatment provided by the tournament trainer.
- Emergency Contact: Parents will be contacted immediately if an emergency occurs, especially if they are not on site.
Sideline Interaction
- Limited Contact: Parent contact with athletes will be limited during tournaments.
- Team Focus: Parents must not encourage your athlete to come hang out with you during breaks. Encourage them to stay with their teammates to foster team cohesion and focus.
- Brief Exchange: If an athlete asks for money for food or snacks, please make the exchange quick and then promptly encourage them to return to their teammates.
Interaction with Officials and Staff
- Prohibited Communication: Parents are strictly prohibited from talking to coaches, officials, line judges, and/or scorekeepers from any team during tournaments. This ensures a professional and focused environment.
Positive Environment
- Cheering and Fellowship: Parents are strongly encouraged to cheer positively for 360 Sports Academy and fellowship with other team parents.
- Team Spirit: A Team Mom or designated parent to help organize team spirit is highly suggested.
- Comfort: Stadium chairs are highly suggested to be brought with you to all tournaments for your comfort.
