Competitive Travel Fees


KEY POINTS REGRARDING TRAVEL COSTS


  1. Variable Costs: Travel costs will vary based on the specific tournament, dates, and distance.
  2. Deadline Dependent: Parents are responsible for working directly with our Travel Coordinator to keep up with the deadlines for these fees.
  3. Parent Travel Exclusions: These fees DO NOT include parent travel expenses. Parents are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and meals.
  4. Player Transportation: Parents are responsible for getting players to each tournament, including daily transport from the hotel to the tournament site. Most tournaments can be reached by driving.


Tournament Logistics and Player Availability:

  • School Absence: Some tournaments, especially those that begin on a Friday and end late afternoon on Sunday, may require the student to be out of school.
  • "Stay to Play" Requirements: Certain tournaments have a "Stay to Play" rule, which requires rooms to be booked in advance through the tournament's housing system.



Silver Level Teams - (All players enter at this level)



Players must try out in the fall to join 360. Silver level teams are not eligible for all tournaments.


May travel out of State. *


  • 12's - 13's yrs old, Silver Team Fee - $1750 (5 to 7 tournaments)*


  • 14's - 17's yrs old, Silver Team Fee - $1950 (5 to 10 tournaments)*


  • 18's Silver Team Fee - $1850 (7 to 10 tournaments) 360 does not accept beginner Senior players. Not eligible for the second half of the season.


  • $400 Non-Refundable Deposit due at the time of commitment


  • Uniform is not included in the fee. $260/Uniform Package: 2 practice shirts, 2 game day jerseys, 1 warm up and 1 backpack. Shoes not included. Mandatory shoes color base, Lime Green & Black.


  • USAV ($60), AAU ($22) & JVA Membership (covered by club) - separate fees


 



Black Level Teams - These are elite level teams.



Players must try-out in the fall and selected by Coach.


Will travel out of State.*


  • 14's - 17's yrs old, Black Team Fee - $2150 (7 to 10 tournaments)* Will travel to AAU Nationals in Florida.


  • 18's Black Team Fee - $2050 (7 to 10 tournaments)* 360 does not accept beginner Senior players.


  • 18's Black do not typically participate at AAU Nationals in Florida. However, they play at an alternative championship prior to the prom & graduation season.


  • $400 Non-Refundable Deposit due at the time of commitment


  • Uniform is not included in the fee. $260/Uniform Package: 2 practice shirts, 2 game day jerseys, 1 warm up and 1 backpack. Shoes not included. Mandatory shoes color base, Lime Green & Black.


  • USAV ($60) - Must be purchased before the first Sunday in November. AAU ($22) & JVA Membership (covered by club) - The are separate fees.
