At 360 Sports Academy, we know that our athletes and their families are the heartbeat of our club. To show our appreciation for your continued commitment and for helping our community grow, we are excited to launch the 360 Legacy Loyalty Program.
How the Loyalty Discount Works
For every consecutive year your athlete plays with us, we will apply a tiered discount to your total club fees (excluding uniforms and travel).
Note: The maximum loyalty discount is capped at 50%. Discounts are applied at the end of the payment cycle. This program is not retroactive.
Special 18s Team Offer
We are excited to offer a specialized program for our 360SA 18 Team (available to both returning and new athletes):
Automatic 20% Discount: All 18s players receive 20% off their overall total fees.
Senior Season Balance: To ensure our athletes can enjoy their Senior Year activities without the fear of missing tournaments, the 18s season will conclude in April.
Program Rule: This 20% discount supersedes the standard loyalty rewards program.
Qualifying Criteria & Perks
To maintain your eligibility for the standard loyalty savings and benefits, the following requirements must be met:
Consecutive Play: You must participate in consecutive seasons. A break in participation will reset your loyalty tier.
The Referral Rule: To unlock your full loyalty discount each year, you must refer two new families who successfully enroll and pay their deposit by the beginning of the Fall season.
If you are unable to refer two new families, your loyalty reward will be reduced to a flat 5% discount for that year.
Registration Deposit: A non-refundable fee of $400 must be paid by July 15th.
Perk: This deposit will be credited directly to your account at the beginning of the season!
Tryout Fee Waiver: As a loyalty member, you are exempt from paying the Tryout Fee.
Uniform Update: Keep Your Gear!
We will not be changing uniform styles this upcoming season. Returning athletes can keep their current jerseys and numbers, resulting in an immediate savings of $260!
Optional Gear: Parents may still order new uniforms or additional gear separately if needed.
Duplicate Numbers: In the event of a jersey number conflict, we will use our in-house tie-breaker system. If a change is required, we may need to order a new uniform.
