Hotels & Team Lodging

Team Lodging and Room Allocation:

• Advance Booking: Our Travel Coordinator will book as many rooms in advance as possible to meet the "Stay to Play" requirements and secure team lodging.
• Priority Allocation: Rooms will be booked with the players and coaches in mind first.
• Player Rooming: Girls will be paired 3 to 4 players per room.
• Encouraged Team Stay: We strongly encourage that players stay together with their teammates.
• Opt-Out Policy: If a parent is not comfortable with the player staying with the team, the parent must find their own separate room. However, the parent will still be responsible for the cost of the shared team room expense for their player.
• Leftover Rooms: Any remaining rooms after the team and coaches have been allocated will be offered by the Travel Coordinator on a first-come, first-serve basis to interested parents.
