Tournament Policies
Athlete Responsibilities and Conduct
Time and Schedule
- Tournaments typically run from early morning until late afternoons. Athletes must be prepared for a full, active day.
- Mandatory Arrival Time: All athletes must arrive at the tournament venue and be at their assigned court one hour before the designated start time for the first match of the day.
- Work/Officiating Duties: All athletes must complete all assigned officiating/work duties (e.g., line judging, scorekeeping) prior to being released from the event.
- Checkout: Athletes must check out with their Coach prior to leaving the event for the day.
Nutrition and Hydration
- Athletes are responsible for packing a healthy snacks and/or lunch.
- Hydration: Water and/or sports drinks must be packed.
- Suggested Healthy Snacks: Fruits, cheese, and nuts are excellent options.
- Discouraged Items: Junk food is HIGHLY discouraged (Coaches will probably consume it if brought). Athletes need appropriate fuel for an active day of competition.
Attire and Dress Code
- Tournament Travel Attire: Athletes should wear team travel attire (e.g., team warm-ups, top and bottom) when traveling to and from the tournament site.
- Officiating/Work Duty Attire: When line-judging or at a playing site, players should wear 360 Sports Academy warm-ups, sweats, or shirts.
- Prohibited Attire: NO High School wear and NO college wear is permitted while on official duty.
