Frequently Asked Questions

May I play High School sports?

Yes! 360 Sports Academy is very supportive of all our players that play sports for their respective schools. We understand that a times during the season you may need to attend your high school games, so these will be considered excused absences from practice and tournaments. All we ask is that you seriously consider your school's athletic schedule prior to committing to 360 Sports Academy. We would like all our players to be as committed to our program as well. If you are currently a high school volleyball player, and you are still in season during 360 Sports Academy tryouts and you would like to be a part of the team, please notify the director, Bernie Headley.

Are there any other fees associated with 360 Sports Academy other than the tuition?

Your tuition does not cover travel expenses to our practice facility, our matches or any tournaments during the season. Parents are responsible for all travel and any related expenses for their child at all times. However your tuition does cover, the athletes uniform package, any fees related to participating in local and regional matches or tournaments (with the exception of all qualifiers and national tournaments out of state, club director will notify parents of cost/player), cost for practice facilities, coaching staff and all club related equipment.

Are payment plans available to pay for tuition?

Yes. Arrangements can be made with the club director.

Is fundraising available?

Yes, fundraising is available. 360 Sports Academy will participate in fundraisers that will assist in keeping the overall expenses of the club down, which will insure that there isn't an increase in fees. Individual players may fundraise to help cover their individual club expenses. The club director is willing to help with various individual fundraising ideas. All club members will be required to participate in all club related fundraisers.

What if I have more than one child that is member of 360 Sports Academy. Is there a family discount for more than one child?

See club director, prior to signing 360 Sports Academy participant and fee contract.

Are you associated with USAV or JVA?

360 Sports Academy is currently associated with both USVA and JVA. But we will be primarily playing our matches and tournament through USAV Great Lakes Region, but if we decided to participate any JVA matches or tournaments during the season, parents will be notified at the beginning of the season.

Can boys play and is there a limit to the age of a boy playing on a girls team?

Yes, boys are eligible to play on a girls team. Boys who meet the 12 and under age definition may compete with the 12 and under girls. Boys who meet the 13 and under age definition may compete with the 13 and under girls. Boys who meet the 14 and under age definition may play with GIRLS 15 or OLDER.

But at this time 360 Sports Academy is not accepting any boys to the program.
