Athletes will be required to showcase a variety of volleyball-related skills in order to be placed on a team. 360 has two skill levels of play. Most players will enter at the Silver Level. The Silver level is for players that may be just at the beginning level or moderately advanced in skill. All Silver Level teams are mostly regional play teams. However, the Black Level is for the serious athlete that has exceptional skills and is working to play in college one day. The coach will select these athletes after a 3-week evaluation period. These players will be placed with a coach that will teach them advanced skills and prepare them for college-level play. Black Level teams will play in both regional and national level tournaments. Out of State travel should be expected. Travel expenses are not included in fees.
All athletes will be evaluated by our coaching staff for their athleticism, volleyball IQ, teamwork and overall volleyball skills. Parents, it's essential to know that we evaluate our parents as well. We believe that players are a reflection of their parents. We are not just accepting the athlete, we are also welcoming parents to our family.
Players will be separated by age and play on age-appropriate teams. Once an athlete is accepted into 360 Sports Academy we will hold them accountable to our 6 Rotations of Accountability, with no exceptions.
- Attitude/Good Behavior
- Community/Family
- Discipline/Adversity
- Competitive Spirit
-
Respect for Others/Teammates
